1. A deposit of 50% is required at time of placing order
2. Payment in full is required for goods at time of delivery to the shop
3. Full, cleared payment is required before any item can be removed from the premises
4. All balance payments must be made in the event of cancellations
5. Refunds cannot be given after 7 days have expired from date of order
6. An additional fee will be charged for any alterations required
7. No alterations will be made until the full and final payment has cleared
8. Fittings are by appointment only
9. Dresses purchased from Canterbury Brides Ltd. will be steamed at no extra charge
10. Protective ‘dress-bags’ will be provided
11. All delivery dates are approximate
12. All goods must be checked and inspected before taken from the care of Canterbury Bride premises
